Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we can accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and sealed
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Please contact us before returning anything

Not Eligible for Return

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Sale items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement as quickly as possible.
